Your reports, used for your enquiry.
This explains the report form, manual follow-up and your choices. Please submit only documents relevant to your treatment enquiry.
What you submit
Your name, country, WhatsApp number, treatment area, optional language and case context, reports, and a dated record of your consent. Selecting files does not upload them; pressing Send Reports starts submission.
Purpose and sharing
We use this information to understand your enquiry and contact you personally. Relevant healthcare providers receive information for treatment coordination only where you request it. Submission does not book treatment or authorise unrelated marketing.
Storage and access
Supabase stores the lead record and private medical files. Visitors cannot browse reports or obtain public report URLs. Access is restricted to authorised operators and server-side services. Deployment region and provider backup settings are managed by the site operator; contact us for details before submission if you have a location requirement.
Notifications and communication
A notification provider (Resend) sends our coordinator a reference and a protected review link, without your reports, name, phone number or case details. We then follow up manually on WhatsApp. WhatsApp processes messages under its own terms; no automated message is sent to patients.
Retention and deletion
The configured cleanup removes incomplete submissions after 24 hours and completed submissions after 180 days. Cleanup runs on a schedule, so deletion can take longer if a service is unavailable. You may request earlier deletion, correction or access by contacting us below. Provider logs and backups have separate retention; deleting an active record does not promise immediate removal from all backups.
Security and abuse prevention
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check for abuse. Request counters use a hashed network identifier, removed after one day. Hosting, Supabase and Cloudflare may process network metadata to provide these services. We validate file sizes and signatures, but do not claim that uploads have been malware-scanned.
Measurement
When configured, Google Analytics measures page and enquiry actions with country and treatment categories from the pages you visit, interface language and button location. These categories describe the acquisition pathway, not your diagnosis or medical form selections. We exclude names, phone numbers, case details, filenames, documents and lead identifiers. URLs exclude query strings; only approved campaign labels and referrer origins are used for attribution. Browser tracking honours Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Google may process browser and network information and use analytics cookies. Retention is managed in the site's Google Analytics property. Operational lead records are stored separately from Google Analytics.
