A hospital response is information for you to consider. It does not oblige you to travel, choose a hospital or proceed with treatment.

When reports are needed

  • Start with a non-sensitive question
  • We explain what a provider may need for review
  • You choose whether to provide consent and upload reports

Reports are kept in private storage and are not needed merely to begin a conversation.

Estimates, payment and fees

  • Ask who provided an estimate and what it covers
  • Ask what could change the estimate and who receives payment
  • Request a written explanation of any coordination fee or referral arrangement

Hospital costs and coordination charges should be explained separately before you commit.
