FAQ

Common questions

Are you a hospital or a hospital representative?

No. IndiaBridge Health is an independent treatment coordination service based in Hyderabad. We are not a hospital and we do not claim to be an official or exclusive representative of any hospital.

What happens after I send my reports?

We contact you personally on WhatsApp to understand your case. Where you request it, we contact relevant hospitals and relay their response. You decide the next step.

How much will treatment cost?

Costs depend on the diagnosis, procedure, hospital, doctor, implant or equipment requirements and length of stay. We do not quote a fixed price. Where a hospital reviews your case, we present the hospital's estimate clearly and identify it as an estimate.

Is my medical information kept private?

Reports submitted through the form are kept in private storage with restricted access. They are used for your enquiry and shared with relevant healthcare providers only where you request it. Please read the privacy page for retention and deletion details.

Do you help with the visa?

We provide practical documentation guidance and point you to the official Government of India visa information. We cannot guarantee visa approval; that decision rests with the issuing authority.

Which treatments do you coordinate?

Our primary focus is knee replacement and orthopaedics. We also help with heart surgery and complex cases such as transplants, bone marrow transplant and multidisciplinary oncology, subject to specialist review.

Can you guarantee a hospital will accept my case?

No. Each hospital and clinician decides whether it can review or treat a case after considering the available information.

Do you book flights?

No. We can help organise local arrival and stay arrangements, but you remain responsible for flight and visa decisions.
